Waiver & Release:
As Parent/ Legal guardian, I hereby give permission for my child/children to participate in Art4Peeps “Parent & Me” nature program.
I accept and acknowledge any and all risks that could occur including: injuries, loss, damage or death that theoretically have the potential to arise when out in the world and in Nature.
I acknowledge that I am expected to be present for the duration the class and to take responsibility for my Childs behavior and well being. I accept that at no time am I to leave my child under the care of the instructor, employee or volunteer. Knowing this, I, on the behalf of myself and my child, voluntarily agree to waive any and all claims against Art4Peeps or their parent company Art2Pwr LLC.
